How fast will my website be ready?
Most websites go live within one week of our call. If your package includes a photo or video shoot, we schedule it for the next business day that works for you and deliver edits within two business days.
Do I have to pay every month?
No. You pay once for the build. The only ongoing cost is your domain name, about $20 a year, registered in your name and paid straight to the registrar rather than to us.
Do I actually own the website?
Yes, completely. The domain, the hosting, the design, the photos, the video: all set up in your name. If you ever want to walk away, you take everything with you.
What if I want to change something later?
Every package includes 3 rounds of changes so we can get it just right. After that, small updates are quick paid fixes, or we can build you a simple dashboard so you can update prices and photos yourself.
Do you come to my business for the photos?
Yes! We shoot on-location anywhere in the Lower Mainland: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, Langley, and Abbotsford. We work around your schedule. If weekdays are busy at your business, we can shoot on a weekend instead.
What do you need from me?
About 30 minutes of your time. Your business details, your prices, your story. We take it from there. You don’t need to know anything about websites. That’s the point.
Can you build an online store?
No. We build informational websites, not online stores. A store needs payment and inventory software that charges every month, which is the one thing we promise you won’t have.
